Guy Levit, Executive Director, CEO

Guy Levit was appointed chief executive of the Subsidiary in July 2002. and was one of its founders in 1999. Prior to his current position he held various sales, marketing and operational positions within the Group. From 1996 until 1999 Mr. Levit was the head of the planning and development department of an elite technical unit in the Intelligence corps of the Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F). In this role Mr. Levit was in charge of budgets, project management and the design, development, implementation and maintenance of organizational, managerial and logistical information systems. Mr. Levit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology and a MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Mark Carlin, Vice President Sales Americas

Mr. Carlin joined TeleMessage in January of 2001 to create and run the US operations which was later expanded to include all of North and South America. Mr. Carlin is a senior level executive with hands on management experience in strategic planning, product management, and sales and marketing of high technology software products. Mr. Carlin held various sales and marketing positions in established companies such as HP, Control Data and GE Electronics and in start-ups including PADS Software, AccuSoft and Quandrant Software. Holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Rivier College.

Gil Shapira, Vice President Business Development

Mr. Shapira was one of the founders of the Subsidiary in 1999. Between 1999-2005 he held various sales, marketing, operational positions in the Subsidiary as well as a liaison officer to its European office. Mr. Shapira served in the Israeli Air Force from 1993 - 1999 as a computer programmer, project manager and team leader of a special R&D software development unit. Mr Shapira holds a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Ofer Dangoor, Vice President Research and Development

Mr. Dangoor is a multi-disciplinary software development manager with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering advanced software/hardware products. He joined TeleMessage in 2000 and rose to the position of VP R&D. Mr. Dangoor has proven experience in forming and leading development groups to successful completion in terms of cost, time and content. Mr. Dangoor holds a BA in Software Engineering from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and an MBA from the Open University of Israel.

Nir Elperin, Vice President Corporate Strategy

Nir Elperin was appointed VP Corporate Strategy in 2005 and has been involved with TeleMessage since its inception in 1999. Prior to joining TeleMessage, he was a Senior Financial Analyst at Ilanot-Batucha, one of Israel's leading investment firms. Prior thereto he was an Economist and Programmer for Economic Models, a leading Israeli macroeconomic research company. He served for 4 years in the Elite Military Intelligence Unit of the Israeli Defense Forces where he commanded teams of computer experts. Nir is twice a magna cum laude graduate of Tel Aviv University with an M.B.A. in Finance in 1997 and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics in 1994. Nir completed the Merage Executive Leadership Program in 2006 and is a graduate of the PMD (2003) program at the Harvard Business School. He is currently VP of HBS Alumni Association of Israel.

Andy Klassman, Director of Project Management

Andy joined TeleMessage in 2002. He is an accomplished New Products, Product Marketing, Customer Support and Operations Manager with many years of Fortune 500 and startup success. He has helped grow and support start-up and multi-million dollar consumer businesses at the Gillette Company, Quadrant Software and TeleMessage. Andy holds a BS from the University of Illinois, MS from Northwestern University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Yossi Shteingart, Operations Director

Yossi joined TeleMessage in 2000 as Operations Director and had held this position since. Yossi leads the system and operations department which installs and maintains dozens of production environment customer sites, our multiple production hosting facilities, office infrastructure around the world, R&D/Test/Integration environments and more. Yossi is an expert in Internet infrastructure, telephony and communication solutions, networking and security solutions, Microsoft/Linux products; all topped with system integration expertise.
